专利说明:
Soundproof panel The present invention relates to a sound-proofing panel, for example for use in a sound-proofing wall for retaining sound, such as originating from road traffic. Known soundproof panels are placed close to each other in rows along, for example, a road, mounted between or against supporting posts, so that a soundproof wall with sound-insulating and sound-absorbing properties is created. After installation of such a soundproofing wall, climbing plants can be planted on both the front and rear of the panels, whereby the air roots of the planting bars can attach themselves to the soundproofing panel. Such soundproof walls are usually made of concrete, which in the longer term gives a less attractive appearance, because the concrete becomes contaminated, or wood. However, the use of wood requires, due to exposure to various weather conditions, the use of hardwood, or a type of wood impregnated with environmentally harmful agents. Another disadvantage is that with relatively heavy soundproof walls, such as concrete walls, a solid foundation is necessary. Moreover, when such walls are used, they must be driven on a soft bottom. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sound-proofing panel which has a relatively light construction so that no special foundation measures are necessary. It is a further object of the present invention to obtain a sound-proofing wall, wherein the appearance of the wall remains the same over time. To this end, the soundproofing panel according to the invention comprises a sound-insulating plate with two main surfaces on either side and a circumference bounding said main surfaces, a series of bamboo poles arranged along a main surface of said plate and extending substantially mutually parallel along this main surface and covering said main surface, and fixing means which fix the bamboo sticks relative to the plate. A relatively light construction is achieved through the use of bamboo poles, whereby the appearance of the sound-proofing panel and the sound-proofing wall remain the same over time. A further advantage of using bamboo is that it is completely degradable and therefore not environmentally harmful. Because bamboo is a fast-growing type of grass and can be harvested more often, it is also an ecologically responsible product: a bamboo plant produces several strains per year. The logging of a trunk does not mean the end of the bamboo plant. On the contrary, a bamboo plant can be harvested every year until flowering. Because the plant remains alive after harvesting, one bamboo root can produce 15 km of usable stem during its lifetime (INBAR, 2002). So no clearing is taking place; in contrast to wood, this maintains the root network and the micro climate on the plantation. Another advantage of bamboo over, for example, the use of wood is that it can grow on brackish (barely fertile) plots of land (for example, after the felling of a piece of rainforest). Further advantages of using bamboo are a relatively long service life, a relatively high degree of wear resistance and a relatively high degree of durability. In addition, bamboo is relatively form-retaining because bamboo expands or shrinks little during use. Bamboo also contains no toxic substances and causes no allergies. Due to the limited mass and thickness of both the panels and the foundation piles, a lot of material and transport costs are saved. Because the noise barrier can be built without cranes with this type of panels, a considerable saving is also achieved on installation costs. A first embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein the fixing means comprise clamping means which are located near the ends of the bamboo poles and which clamp the ends of the bamboo poles against the plate. By clamping the ends of the bamboo poles against the plate with the aid of clamping means, the bamboo poles are prevented from vibrating or resonating when the plate is brought into vibration. A further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein the clamping means comprise U-profiles extending at the circumference near the ends of the bamboo poles, wherein the ends of the bamboo poles are clampingly received in the open sides of the U-profiles. By making use of the clamping of the bamboo poles in U-profiles, a compact, yet robust panel is created, on which, for example, further soundproof panels can be stacked. The U-shaped profiles can be made of wood-like materials, such as tropical hardwood, or plastic materials, or metal, such as steel or aluminum. Preferably, the U-shaped profiles are made of steel, and more particularly galvanized steel, due to exposure to various weather conditions. A further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein U-profiles extend along the entire circumference of the sound-insulating plate and connect two to two together, such that a rectangular frame is formed. In this way a form-retaining whole is created that is easily transportable and installable. A still further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein two adjacent U-profiles are connected to each other by means of a lock bolt and a nut. By making use of a lock bolt and a nut, the U-profiles are relatively easy to connect to each other. A still further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein a layer of mineral wool is arranged between the series of bamboo poles and the sound-insulating plate. This creates a soundproof panel with highly absorbent acoustic properties. A still further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein mineral wool is arranged along the main surface which is bamboo-free. It is also possible to apply mineral wool near the bamboo-free main surface, instead of mineral wool provided between the series of bamboo sticks and the plate, or in addition thereto. A still further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein the mineral wool is arranged between the bamboo-free main surface on the one hand and a plastic separation net, whether or not combined with a mesh net, on the other hand. A still further embodiment relates to a sound-proofing panel, wherein a series of bamboo poles is arranged on both sides of the sound-insulating plate. The sound-proofing panel thus has a relatively nice appearance on both sides, while there is a relatively small increase in weight of the panel. For example, in residential areas, such as along the yard boundary of a garden, on busy roads and in rural areas that are crossed by roads and railways, the use of such a soundproof panel may be desirable. The invention further relates to a soundproofing wall, comprising one or more panels according to the invention. An embodiment relates to a sound-proofing wall, wherein an elongated support member, such as a support post, is arranged between adjacent panels with an H-shaped cross-section, each adjacent panel being tightly received in an open side of the H-shaped cross-section of the support member. This creates a soundproof connection between two adjacent panels, as a result of which the sound resistance of the wall is not compromised, as would be the case with the presence of space between adjacent panels. The invention will be explained below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the figures. Show: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a soundproof panel according to the invention, Figure 1a shows a detailed view of a partially exploded angle of the sound-proofing panel of Figure 1, Figure 2a is a cross-sectional top view of a soundproof panel according to the invention, provided with a single series of bamboo poles, Figure 2b is a cross-sectional top view of a soundproof panel according to the invention, provided with a double series of bamboo poles, Figure 3 is a cross-sectional top view of a soundproof panel according to the invention, provided with a single series of bamboo poles, mineral wool, a separation net and a mesh net, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional top view of the sound-proofing panel according to Figure 2a, wherein mineral wool is arranged between the sound-insulating plate and the series of bamboo poles, Figure 5 shows a cross-section in top view of the sound-proofing panel according to Figure 2b, wherein mineral wool is arranged between the sound-insulating plate and both sets of bamboo sticks, and Figure 6 shows a soundproofing wall provided with soundproofing panels according to the invention. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a soundproof panel according to the invention. Figure 1 shows a sound-proofing panel 1 provided with a sound-insulating plate 2 shown by dotted lines with two main surfaces (not shown) on either side, and a perimeter 4 defining said main surfaces, a series of bamboo poles 5 arranged along a main surface of said plate 2, extend substantially parallel to each other along this main surface in vertical direction and cover this main surface, and fixation means 6 fixing the bamboo poles 5 relative to the plate 2. The bamboo poles 5 are clamped in fixation means 6 in the form of a frame or frame 11 of mutually connected U-shaped profiles 9. The U-shaped profiles 9 used can comprise any construction material and can be designed in any manner imaginable in the prior art. The frame 11 is formed by overlapping the ends of two horizontal and two vertical U-profiles 9 in the corners and mounting the overlapping parts together. The method of mounting can be designed in any way conceivable in the prior art. For example, a glued, a welded or a screwed connection. Preferably, however, the U-shaped profiles 9 are connected to each other by means of a lock bolt 12 and a nut 13, with a hole corresponding to the lock bolt, such as a square hole, in one of the upright legs of the U-shaped profiles 9. is applied. In this way the U-shaped profiles 9 are momentarily connected to each other and a solid rectangular or square frame 11 is obtained. The upright legs of the horizontal U-profiles 9 can be directed further inwards, so that bamboo sticks with a smaller diameter can also be clamped. In the present invention, thin, hollow, bamboo sticks are generally used. By mounting three U-profiles 9 of the frame 11 in a U-shape, one of the four sides of the frame 11 thus remaining open, the bamboo poles can be slid into the frame 11 on the open side of the frame. In figure 1 a double row of bamboo sticks 5 is mounted in the frame 11, a row of bamboo sticks of which is visible. The sound-insulating plate 2 is placed between the rows of bamboo sticks. To achieve sound insulation, plasticized steel sheet can be used, for example, because relatively high sound insulation is obtained with a relatively thin steel sheet. The insulating plate used can, however, comprise any material and be designed in any way conceivable in the prior art. The plate 2 can for instance be manufactured from metal, such as aluminum, wood-like materials, such as wood-fiber cement plate, and plastic materials, such as polycarbonate or acrylate. However, it is important that the plate is made of a non-porous material and that the plate has a certain minimum mass per unit area, and a high durability. The exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1 has a relatively limited thickness in comparison with other types of sound-proofing panels, so that a relatively small type of foundation pile can be used, such as a foundation pile formed from a steel IPE profile beam. The panel and the foundation piles to be used are so light that the noise barrier can be built by hand up to a height of approximately 3 m above ground level. Figure 1a shows a detailed view of a partly exploded angle of the sound-proofing panel 1 of figure 1. It can be seen how the ends 8 of the bamboo poles are clamped between the plate 2 and the upright legs of the upper horizontal U-profile 9, the bamboo poles are also partly in the vertical U-profile. Figure 2a shows a cross-sectional top view of a sound-proofing panel 1 according to the invention, provided with a single series of bamboo poles 5. Figure 2b shows a cross-sectional top view of a sound-proofing panel 1 according to the invention, provided with a double series of bamboo poles 5 on either side of the sound-insulating plate 2. Due to the relatively high aesthetic value, this type of panel is particularly suitable for private individuals who experience noise nuisance or for private individuals who themselves cause noise nuisance towards their environment, for example by owning a swimming pool, noisy children or barking dogs, because both sides of the panel 1 are provided with bamboo. Due to the relatively high aesthetic value, the panel can also be used in, for example, an office environment. In addition, the production costs of such a panel 1 are relatively low in practice. Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional top view of a soundproof panel 1 according to the invention, provided with a single series of bamboo poles 5, mineral wool 14, a separation net 15, such as a plastic separatomet, and a mesh net 16. According to this exemplary embodiment, a single row of bamboo poles 5 mounted, behind which the sound-insulating plate 2 is completely sealed in the frame 11. The plate 2 is positioned at the rear by a mesh net 16, for example a construction steel net, such that the sound-insulating plate 2 cannot shift or bend. Figure 4 shows a cross-sectional top view of the sound-proofing panel 1 according to Figure 2a. In this exemplary embodiment, however, mineral wool 14 is provided between the sound-insulating plate 2 and the series of bamboo poles 5. Figure 5 shows a cross-sectional top view of the sound-proofing panel 1 according to Figure 2b, wherein mineral wool 14 is arranged between the sound-insulating plate 2 and both sets of bamboo poles 5. In this way, the noise barrier panel is both sound-insulating and relatively sound-absorbing on both sides. Figure 6 shows a soundproofing wall 17 provided with soundproofing panels 1 according to the invention. The sound-proofing panels 1 according to the invention are thereby tightly mounted in a horizontal row against a number of supporting posts. It is of course possible to place several such panel rows above one another. However, if a sound-proofing wall 17 higher than approximately 3 m is required, a crane must be used during installation. The support posts may, for example, have an H-shaped cross section. It will further be understood that the above description is included to illustrate the operation of some exemplary embodiments of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention. Starting from the above explanation, many variations will be evident to those skilled in the art that fall within the spirit and scope of the present invention. List with reference numbers 1.
